Review status ladder

Draft, review, reviewed, published, and archived states separate early extraction from trusted public knowledge.

正文

A status ladder lets the site grow without pretending every card is equally reliable. Draft means the card is only a working note. Review means it is ready for source checking. Reviewed means the card has passed citation and paraphrase checks. Published means it can be promoted as stable public content. Archived means the card should remain available only as historical context or be hidden from primary paths.

The ladder is intentionally simple so the MVP can enforce it through JSON content and validation before adding a database workflow.
